You can ask us to delete your GarageDesk account and personal data at any time. You do not need the app installed to make the request — this page is all you need.

How to request deletion
- Email hello@flexinfosys.com from the email address you use to sign in, with the subject “Delete my GarageDesk account”.
- Tell us your full name and the name of your garage, so we can locate the right account.
- We verify the request is genuinely from you — we will reply to the registered address, never to a third party.
- We confirm by email once the deletion is complete.
What gets deleted

What is kept, and why
GarageDesk is business software used by a garage. Some records are not personal data about you — they belong to the garage and to its customers, and other people rely on them:
- Job cards, invoices and payments stay with the garage. They are its financial and service records, and are usually required to be kept for tax and warranty purposes. Where your name appears as the staff member who did the work, it is retained as part of that record.
- The garage's customer and vehicle records are not yours to delete — they belong to the garage. Their owner controls them.
If you are the garage owner and want the entire garage account closed — every job card, customer, vehicle, invoice and staff login — say so in your email. We will delete the whole tenant and all of its data. This cannot be undone, so we will ask you to confirm once before we proceed.
How long it takes
We action requests within 30 days. Backups are rotated on a rolling schedule, so residual copies are fully purged within 90 days. We will not use your data for anything during that window.
Staff accounts
If you work at a garage and simply want your login removed, your garage owner can deactivate it immediately from Staff inside the app — that is usually faster than emailing us. Use this page when you want your personal data erased, not merely your access switched off.
Deleting is permanent. Once your personal data is erased we cannot restore it, and signing up again creates a brand-new account with no history.
